Our Background and Experience
Cherby:
Cherby has over 30 years of professional experience in the tax preparation field. She began her career as an Office Manager for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. It was a very short time before the owner realized her tax expertise and promoted her to Director of Operations for his franchise stores. When the franchise was sold, she remained with the company and eventually worked for Jackson Hewitt’s Corporate Operations as a Sr. District Manager in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
She has deep knowledge regarding all aspects of individual income taxes. As a tax professional, she has strong tax expertise along with a true passion for solving the tax problems of their clients. She also assists clients in developing and maintaining the necessary practices to secure significant tax deductions and credits. Her specialty is helping small businesses navigate the Maryland State Tax regulations and record keeping requirements; along with assisting clients in the rental real estate field.
She is also active in the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Edmondson Westside High School Band Boosters and serves as a Trustee and of course, she ensures their tax return is timely filed.

Dina:
Dina has over 25 years of professional experience in the tax preparation field. She began her career as a Tax Preparer then to Office Manager for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service her first year. She also assists clients in developing and maintaining the necessary practices to secure significant tax deductions and credits.
As a recruiter and marketer, Dina was responsible for developing client/candidate relationships, coordinating candidate search efforts, and developing marketing strategies. Dina is well versed in all phases of the recruiting process and has conducted preparer searches for many, many years.
